Final examination

Final examination

The final examination consists of the defence of a thesis before an Examination Board. Through the thesis, the student presents original results obtained during a research project carried out in an internship period. The thesis is intended to develop the student’s ability to address research and/or applied topics. It may take the form of a project and/or the development of an application proposing innovative solutions beyond the state of the art, or a critical analysis and synthesis of the literature, and must be presented orally, effectively, with appropriate IT/visual supports.

The final degree grade is awarded on the basis of the weighted average attained at the time of graduation, the regular/ontime progression through the programme, any international mobility experiences, and participation in student representative bodies.
